MPD Pumps was appointed to install and commission the UK's first horizontal dry-well Concertor pump station. The customer required a bespoke foul water pumping solution that would deliver reliable performance while reducing ongoing maintenance requirements.

Our Approach
Following careful planning, MPD Pumps designed and installed a bespoke pumping system incorporating Flygt Concertor pumps and two custom-fabricated stainless steel tanks. The advanced Concertor pumps were programmed with a sump cleaning function, enabling the tank to be fully emptied after each cycle to help prevent the build-up of fat, grease and other debris.
